Adding multiple contacts to a media list
If you wish to add multiple contacts to an existing media list, open the media list that you’d like to add contacts to and select the plus icon on the top right and select ‘Upload additional contacts.’ This will open the media list importer where you can upload another media list to add to your existing list.
Pro tip – you can also merge media lists from the List Manager screen. Simply select the lists you want to merge and then use the ‘Merge’ button in the top right hand corner to merge two lists.
Adding a single contact to a media list
You’re able to easily add a single contact to a media list on Public Address. Simply open up the media list which you wish to add the contact to and select the plus icon on the top right and select ‘Add individual contact.’
You’ll see that a new row is added to the top of the media list, and you can enter the relevant details for the journalist into these fields, then click the tick icon to save these changes.
Pro tip – you can also edit each contact individually by clicking on the contact which will enable editing for that journalist’s details. Simply click the tick icon to save these changes.
