Why are the emails in my announcement showing errors?
When you add custom emails to an announcement, Public Address will search your contacts to see if we can find a matching contact for that email, and add that person’s first name to the pitch in that announcement.
If we can’t find a first name for that email address, we’ll flag this as an error and you can clear this error by adding a name to that contact and saving this to the database, or opening the pitch and editing it.
